The group is founded by and is the brainchild of the dynamic, untiring and self-motivating visionary Shri Rajendra M Rajan
Prior to venturing into real estate development Shri Rajendra M Rajan had major exposure in real estate. He has been navigating and managing the group’s ventures professionally along with a team of qualified enthusiastic, committed and dedicated live wire professionals and personnel. The zest and zeal of the core group of managers are the real and actual backbone and pillars of the group.

His vision coupled with his commitment to achieve and accomplish the goals has pushed group to a Phenomenal entity and a leading brand in the real estate sector within a very short period of existence.
By his efforts and accomplishments the group has achieved the distinction of being one of the pioneers of the slum re-development concept and in the process of giving better homes to over 1,000 families in affordable housing segment, the group has completed several landmark housing projects in the suburbs of Mumbai by providing shelters over to 1,000 families. He believes in giving back to the society and has been associated with many social welfare activities. His life has been inspiring people within and outside the organization, to go beyond the ordinary and rise above. The senior management team has more than 25 years of business experience within real estate industry.
